Clients can select various levels of legal representation according to their budget. The office is able to offer low-cost legal help by allowing clients to select the type and level of legal help required. The office can also provide full representation for clients who so desire.

To give legal advice in the USA, professionals are required to have a license to legally represent clients. Attorney Henry Ortiz has a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University CLS, where for several years he studied different areas of law in the USA, including criminal law, family law, business law, constitution, real estate, wills, and immigration laws.

Attorney Ortiz is licensed to represent clients before the US Department of State (DOS), US Consulate Offices, Homeland Security (DHS) and its subdivisions, including Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), and Federal Courts Under the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
