Attorney Henry Ortiz has a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University CLS, where for several years he studied different areas of law in the USA, including criminal law, family law, business law, constitution, real estate, wills, and immigration laws.

Attorney Ortiz is licensed to represent clients before the US Department of State (DOS), US Consulate Offices, Homeland Security (DHS) and its subdivisions, including Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), and Federal Courts Under the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
