Service Description

For clients interested in filing new petitions. Everything starts with a strategy session. Why? Without a strategy, valuable alternatives can be ignored. Once a viable option is selected, a list of evidence and requirements is provided to you for the option that was selected. Clients participate in a brainstorming session where hypothetical 'what-if' scenarios are analyzed in detail together with a licensed attorney. Clients are presented with various options to select, and receive a full report listing options, risks, requirements, costs, and timelines for the option they selected. (It excludes the review of immigration applications already filed, or to be filed) Immigration Law is complex. It includes not only the text of the law but also temporary regulations, policies, as well as agency, and executive branch discretion. Immigration is federal law. Executive Actions or policy updates may change the landscape suddenly, with ambiguous impact, and often with little notice. Book a planning session and receive the help you need to successfully file an immigration application.
